The government will also send 1.67 billion rubles to subsidize special-tariff flights to the Far East, Crimea and the Kaliningrad Region in additional to the previously allocated 5.8 billion rubles.

The interregional flights subsidies amounted to 3.3 billion rubles in 2018, 7.8 billion rubles in 2019, and were planned at 8.3 billion rubles in 2020.
